Pomegranate Bellini

This is one of my all time favourite drinks. Ok so this is like the easiest drink to make but I couldn't have a website and not have this on it. Juicy pomegranate juice topped with delicious Prosecco. What more do you need in a cocktail!
Ingredients
6 tablespoons pomegranate juice, or concentrate
handful of pomegranate seeds
1 bottle chilled Prosecco
Method
Fill the champagne glasses with some pomegranate juice and seeds.
Top with chilled Prosecco.
Taste and add more pomegranate juice if you like.
