Paprika Padron Peppers
Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
20 – 30 Padron peppers, washed
1 - 2 green chillies, finely chopped
generous pinch of sea salt (I love Maldon smoked salt)
generous pinch smoked paprika
Method
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the Padron Peppers and the green chilli.
Toss together for a few minutes until the skins are blistered.
Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle generously with sea salt and smoked paprika.
