Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
400ml milk
100ml double cream
2 heaped tablespoons cocoa (or drinking chocolate if you don’t have any)
1 tablespoon malt/Ovaltine (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Method
Put all the ingredients in a pan and gently heat.
Using a hand whisk, mix the ingredients together until boiling and frothy.
Serve piping hot with your favourite chocolate bar for dipping.
