Bliss Balls
Ingredients
25g sunflower seeds
50g oats
50g dates, pip removed
50g apricots
50g dried cranberries or goji berries
25g raisins
1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder
25g honey or maple syrup
For rolling - desiccated coconut, flax seeds, whole nuts, white sesame seeds, chia seeds, nut powder
Method
Whizz the seeds and oats together in a food processor until coarse.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the honey/maple syrup and goodies for rolling. Whizz again.
Drizzle in the honey/maple syrup, a little at a time, until it comes together and forms a ball.
Divide the mixture into equal sized pieces and roll in your hands until smooth.
Finally, roll in your fave goodies like desiccated coconut, seeds and nuts.
My Tip: Bliss balls with last for a few days if stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
