BBQ Lamb

Takes: 15 mins to 30 mins
Anything cooked on a BBQ tastes amazing. This simple marinade makes any meat taste great especially lamb and chicken wings.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon cumin seeds   
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder   
1 teaspoon coriander powder   
1 teaspoon red chilli powder   
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely crushed   
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped   
few sprigs rosemary, roughly chopped   
3 tablespoons fresh coriander, roughly chopped   
2 tablespoons olive oil   
8 - 12 lamb cutlets or chops 
sea salt, to taste   
Method
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except the lamb chops and salt. 
- Taste the marinade and add more chilli if you like yours hotter. 
- Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops, cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours if you have time. 
- Just before grilling, sprinkle over a generous amount of salt. 
- Grill on medium hot coals on the BBQ (or under the grill if the weather isn't too kind), turning in between, until crispy, slightly charred and cooked to your liking. 
- Perfect to eat on their own or with a simple chilled yoghurt dip.
