Great Vietnamese cuisine is the ultimate balancing act. Between their 5 textures, 5 tastes, 5 nutrients and 5 colours, I’ll teach you how to bring these elements together to create fresh dishes that have a beautiful ‘yin yang’ balance. 

French

Bistros started in the basements of Paris and now line the streets of this beautiful city and beyond. After training in French cuisine, I fell in love with the soul-satisfying flavours of Bistro cooking and I’ll let you in on the kitchen secrets all good chefs know.

Italian

Whether you want to learn how to roll your own fresh pasta or you’d like to create the perfect risotto, I’m going to take you through the secrets every nonna knows. Learn how to transform simple ingredients into incredible dishes.
