Koftas are Indian meatballs and they are super easy to make and taste wonderful as a snack or as a starter. You can use spices if you like but I like to make my life easier by using my family’s recipe of Balti Paste. Try it with my Green Apple Raita for a twist on the classic cucumber and mint version.
