Every time I make this curry I always get asked what I added and how I made it, so I thought I would write it down and add it to my recipe collection. This is a great recipe to really turn up the heat, or if you prefer to keep it milder then add a little coconut cream at the end.

I love this recipe! Most of the flavour comes from caramelising the meat so cook it low and slow until you get a deep golden brown colour.

Koftas are Indian meatballs and they are super easy to make and taste wonderful as a snack or as a starter. You can use spices if you like but I like to make my life easier by using my family’s recipe of Balti Paste. Try it with my Green Apple Raita for a twist on the classic cucumber and mint version.
