Rhubarb Ginger Cinnamon Crumble
You never need an excuse to tuck into a fruit crumble and it’s always great to use fruits that are at their very best when they are in season.
Ginger Soy Steamed Salmon
I love Chinese flavours, and came up with this recipe when I was a student at uni.
Thai Chilli Ginger Mussels
Mussels are cheap and available almost everywhere. They taste wonderful with a whole host of flavours but I love them with fiery ingredients like chilli and ginger.
Roast Duck with Ginger & Plum
For this recipe I’ve borrowed flavours from China. It’s really simple yet impressive so great if you have someone coming round for dinner. I like to serve it with some fragrant sautéed pak choi.
Beetroot, Orange & Ginger Chutney
Beetroot is a great vegetable to make into a chutney or relish. The ruby red colour looks fantastic and when paired with the flavours of orange and ginger, you just know it’s going to taste great.
Deeply divine Chocolate, Pecan & Ginger Brownies
This recipe needs no intro and needless to say that these are not the low fat version.
Sticky Sweet Ginger Cake
This is one of my favourite tray bake cake recipes. I love the flavour of ginger and the black treacle makes it go all sticky and gooey. It tastes best after a few days and will keep well in an airtight container for up to a week after baking.
