It’s that time of year again when one of my favourite charities Find Your Feet starts their fantastic campaign to raise funds through sharing. I love sharing a meal with someone, whether its catching up with old friends or having a business meeting, after all, most of my meetings are about food. Over the next few months why not host a dinner party and raise money to help some of the poorest families across the world build a future free from hunger.

The daughter and the face of one of the leading Indian food dynasties in the world is doing her bit to tackle poverty – by giving people lessons on how to cook a curry.

Anjali Pathak is a British cook and a member of the Pathak family who create curry sauces and condiments. She studied at Leiths School of Food and Wine and is now the ambassador for Patak’s Foods (the family dropped the ‘h’ when they launched their range of sauces in the 1950s).
