Coriander Garlic Chicken
This recipe is full of my two favourite ingredients; coriander and garlic. My masala is unconventional as I use chicken stock to make my sauce but you can substitute it for water, although it won’t taste as good.
Coriander Sesame Crusted Tuna
This recipe has a sort of Japanese feel with a touch of spice. Encrusting the tuna steak with spiced sesame is a wonderful way to add texture and flavour, and I like serving it with some cooling cucumber with a mustard soy dressing.
Fresh Coriander & Mint Dip
This dip is great with almost anything. Traditionally it is served with snacks like Caramelised Onion Bhajias but I use it as a fresh kinda salsa with meats and veg. If you make extra then cover it and pop in the fridge. It will last about 5 days.
