It’s no secret I love smoked paprika and this recipe is one of my go-to recipes when I’m pushed for time and want to eat something delicious for dinner. I love to add chicken to my skewers but you can skip this and add whatever veggies you like.

These chicken wings pack a punch. I’m using my favourite chilli sauce, Sriracha, to add some heat, but use whatever you can get your hands on. Anything fiery will work amazingly.

The marinade for these ribs are sweet, sticky and spiced with chipotle chillies. It’s a wonderful BBQ sauce for any meat, especially pork ribs.

This crunchy slaw spiked with fiery green chilli is a perfect side. I’ve kept it light by using low fat greek yoghurt instead of the traditional mayo.

Anything cooked on a BBQ tastes amazing. This simple marinade makes any meat taste great, but I love it with lamb or chicken wings.

It’s that time of year when BBQ’s hit the shop and are always sold out by the time you get there! Why does that always happen? You have deliberated over whether to have a BBQ and if you do then who should you have round and what should you cook if they say yes! And then when you go to buy your ingredients you hope that there are still some good ones left.
