Paneer is a delicious authentic Indian cheese, that is a good source of protein and has a similar texture to tofu. Available in all good ethnic shops and these days you can buy it in the cheese section of supermarkets.
This is simple to make, taking only 30 minutes to cook. This medium/hot dish tastes best served simply with plain basmati rice.
I love this recipe as it is fiery and seems to cure that flavour craving I always seem to get. Wonderful as a snack or even as a main meal.
