Griddled Za’atar Greens with Watercress, Spinach & Parmesan

Tags: , , , , , , , ,

Asparagus is the first sign that Summer is just around the corner. You can use a veggie peeler to get thin ribbons to add to a salad, but I love to throw some flavours on there and then cook it on a griddle pan to get those char marks.

Rhubarb Ginger Cinnamon Crumble

Tags: , , ,

You never need an excuse to tuck into a fruit crumble and it’s always great to use fruits that are at their very best when they are in season.

Red Cabbage & Green Chilli Slaw

Tags: , , , , , , ,

This crunchy slaw spiked with fiery green chilli is a perfect side. I’ve kept it light by using low fat greek yoghurt instead of the traditional mayo.

Coriander Garlic Chicken

Tags: , ,

This recipe is full of my two favourite ingredients; coriander and garlic. My masala is unconventional as I use chicken stock to make my sauce but you can substitute it for water, although it won’t taste as good.

Lemon & Cardamom Panna Cotta with Blueberry Compote

Tags: ,

Panna Cotta is one of my all time favourite desserts. I have used a base recipe and then added a few of my own ingredients.

Chocolate Cardamom Torte

Tags: ,

Ending your meal with something chocolatey is one of life’s little pleasures. This recipe brings together two of my favourite ingredients – chocolate and pastry.

Honey Ginger Wings

Tags: , , ,

These chicken wings are lip smacking delicious. There is quite a bit of heat from the ginger, but if you love it fiery then throw some chillies in there too.

Caramelised Onion, Balsamic & Fig Chutney

Tags: ,

This is so easy to make and tastes awesome as part of a cheeseboard, or even with some grilled meat. The background spice flavour really works with the sweet figs.

Spiced Sea Bass with Chunky Cumin Pea Puree

Tags: , , ,

A winning combo of pea puree with bass. This is one of my favourite recipes to make mid week as it’s quick and easy to scale up if you need to cook for more than 2!
