This is one of the easiest muffin recipes and is the perfect pair with a cup of coffee.

Seared Sea Bass with fennel & radish

Tags: , , , ,

This is a wonderful dish to have on a summer’s evening, as it isn’t too heavy and it can be ready in under ½ hour.

Roast Peaches & Honey

An Indian twist is given to two great ingredients that work wonderfully together, peaches and honey. It tastes best with ripened peaches as they are sweeter and softer, but if you don’t have time to let them ripen then make sure you bake them for a little longer.

Warming Tipple

This is the ideal drink to make when the weather turns chilly and the dark nights draw in. You can add whatever alcohol you fancy but I prefer brandy. It seems to work beautifully with the spices and citrus.

Pomegranate Bellini

Tags:

This is one of my all time favourite drinks. Ok so this is like the easiest drink to make but I couldn’t have a website and not have this on it.

Herby Paneer with Warm Green Bean Salad

This is one of my favourite recipes to make in the summer months. And it’s great to get the kids to help out too.

Sticky Peaches with Vanilla Lime Cream

Tags:

This has to be one of the easiest desserts to make and it tastes fantastic. Use any fruit that are in season and try out different spices in your cream, and you can use a thick low fat yoghurt if you prefer.

Caramelised Lamb masala with Spiced Flatbreads

I love this recipe! Most of the flavour comes from caramelising the meat so cook it low and slow until you get a deep golden brown colour.
