It’s no secret I love smoked paprika and this recipe is one of my go-to recipes when I’m pushed for time and want to eat something delicious for dinner. I love to add chicken to my skewers but you can skip this and add whatever veggies you like.
The name of this dish doesn’t do it justice (namely because I struggled to come up with something suitable) but just think of it as the perfect comfort food which doubles up as a wonderful dish when entertaining.
This recipe is full of my two favourite ingredients; coriander and garlic. My masala is unconventional as I use chicken stock to make my sauce but you can substitute it for water, although it won’t taste as good.
