A chef, food writer and culinary instructor, Pathak has qualifications from the prestigious Leiths School of Food & Wine in London, WSET and a diploma in Diet & Nutrition.

Having learned the basics of Indian cooking, she likes to explore and work with spices and flavours from across the globe. She also has an award winning cookbook to her credit. Pathak presents a step by step guide to lasagne in our Masterclass section.
