1. In a bowl mix together the chicken thighs, yoghurt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, herbs, garlic puree and honey. If you have any other favourite spices then add whatever you fancy...a really good pinch should do.
2. Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for a few hours if you have time (overnight would be ideal).
3. Bring the chicken back to room temperature before seasoning well with salt and grilling either on a scorching griddle pan, or under a preheated grill, only turning when its golden brown.
4. Check the chicken is cooked through before serving with a simple raita and salad.
