London based Anjali Pathak is a nutritionist, cookbook author and respected chef in her own right, recognised for her work with Indian food and flavours. A popular blogger and ambassador for the British Asian Trust, she studied at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London. “Some may say, ‘What does an Indian chef need to learn British and French cooking for?’ – but I love bridging the gap between traditional Indian and contemporary international cuisine.
